Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement and evaluate ML algorithms through rigorous experimentation.
• Research transformer-based models and large foundational models.
• Develop scalable ML models for ranking and recommendations.
• Explore collaborative filtering, content-based, and hybrid methods.
• Design reinforcement learning and multi-armed bandit strategies.
• Design AB tests, monitor, and analyze results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years’ experience.
• Productionisation of ML models for recommendations/personalization.
• Model development with classical ML techniques for tabular data.
• Model development with modern ML techniques for sequential data.
• Hands-on experience with architectures for large distributed ML apps.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, XGBoost, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with Spark, Kafka, or Kubernetes.
• Background checks required.
