🎯 Requirements
- MS or PhD in CS, ML, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent
- 8+ years building software and ML pipelines, with leadership
- Experience in ads, search, recommendations, NLP, and LLMs
- Python proficiency and ML stacks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, LightGBM)
- Build scalable systems (Python, Elixir, JavaScript) and production ML
- Dagster, Kubeflow and feature store design
