- Proven success engaging technical talent in competitive markets.
- Experience using GitHub, Kaggle, Hugging Face, LinkedIn Recruiter, and tech pubs.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies using data, feedback, and market insights.
- Collaborative approach with experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
