🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in software engineering
A bachelor’s, or equivalent industry experience
A strong foundation in software engineering and thoughtful system design
Experience writing reliable, durable, and maintainable code
Proactive in identifying problems, quick to learn, and take initiative
Excitement about GenAI, agents, and AI-assisted software development; hands-on is a plus
