🎯 Requirements

- Advanced CAD proficiency, tolerance analysis, and systems integration
- Proven experience translating complex layouts into industrialized architectures
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across teams
- Experience with systems engineering is a plus
