About the role

Be part of our Client Accounts Admin Team and help make every payment process seamless. Working within our Contact Centre, you’ll support clients, providers, and funding organisations to quickly resolve payment challenges and keep services running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues related to claiming payments throughNDIS and HCP funding.
  • Manage and processincoming communicationsrelated toinvoicing and payments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith stakeholders across theDisability and Aged Care sectors.
  • Accurately maintain recordsand update client information inSalesforce.
  • Provide cross-functional supportto other areas of the Finance team as needed.
  • Allocate and reconcile payments, ensuring receipts are correctly matched to customer invoices across multiple payment methods.
  • Reconcile bank accounts daily, investigating and resolving any unreconciled amounts promptly.
  • Processdirect debits, credit card payments, and other banking transactionsefficiently and accurately.
  • Support customers withcomplex or escalated payment issues, delivering clear and empathetic assistance viaemail and phone.
  • Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 2+ years experience in either Accounts Receivable, NDIS Plan Management
  • Support Coordination or the Disability sector (with exposure to payments).
  • Knowledge of NDIS funding (desirable).
  • Intermediate Excel skills would be advantageous
  • Exceptional problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle escalations in an efficient, empathic manner
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to build exceptional relationships with customers, colleagues and Disability/Aged Care Providers.
