Clinical Team Leader

📋 Description

• Lead clinical care for customers with complex and high-risk needs.
• Support and develop a team of Clinical Nurses.
• Be the day-to-day contact for the nursing team.
• Provide clinical governance aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver care improvements.
• Help shape delivery of clinical services in aged care reforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience managing clinically complex cases and/or case management
• Proven experience in clinical team lead role or similar
• Strong knowledge of the aged care sector, especially home and community care
• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Support at Home
• Interest or experience in digital health and innovation (AI in healthcare)
