🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in risk strategy, policy or compliance with program design ownership.
- Experience with lending/consumer programs and related regulations (ECOA, UDAP, SCRA).
- Proven track record building or expanding compliance program infrastructure for new products.
- Ability to tackle ambiguity and operate independently in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Strong judgment on when to escalate compliance issues with senior leadership and external partners.
- Experience deploying automation and AI-enabled solutions in compliance or risk programs; SQL experience preferred.
