- Provide dev, operations, and maintenance support for SharePoint Online (M365) intranets
- Publish and maintain content on public-facing (Drupal) and intranet (M365) sites
- Provide testing support for monthly releases (unit, regression, accessibility)
- Support short-turnaround publishing requests in a deadline-driven environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours publishing support
- Troubleshoot site issues with platform engineers and Microsoft support
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years publishing government websites
- 3–5 years with Microsoft 365 platforms, incl. SharePoint Online
- Experience with responsive design and Section 508 accessibility
- Experience publishing content to public and intranet sites (Drupal preferred)
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JQuery/Bootstrap)
