🎯 Requirements

- 5-7+ years in SaaS software implementation, training, or onboarding.
- 2-3+ years in supervisory/leadership roles.
- Experience with complex projects, multi-product implementations, or enterprise customers.
- MS Office proficiency; advanced Excel preferred.
- Experience with PM tools (Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project) or similar.
