- Technical Skills: MEC, ION, XtendM3, H5 SDK, H5 Scripts, IDM, IFS Security
- Functional Understanding: deep M3 processes such as Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing, and SCM
- Integration & Data: APIs, messaging, and data mapping
- Problem Solving: troubleshoot complex system issues
- Collaboration: strong cross department communication
