Sitch is your modern matchmaker — powered by LLMs, rooted in human connection. We bring back the hope and fun in dating by making thoughtful, curated introductions that skip the swiping and the small talk. Our brand is cheeky but wise, bold but trustworthy. We're building for the urban millennial who's serious about love and tired of the apps. You’ve seen us in TechCrunch, Business Insider, the New York Times, or maybe on a billboard - and we’ve raised from M13 and 16z (speedrun).

The Role

We’re looking for someone to lead partnerships and grow our ambassador presence city by city. You’ll build creator and brand relationships that drive growth, expand our cultural footprint, and help Sitch become the name in intentional dating.

What You’ll Do

🤝 Partnerships (primary focus)

• Source and negotiate high-impact partnerships with brands that share our vibe — from Barry’s to Equinox to alumni clubs
• Design co-marketing efforts, event collabs, and local brand integrations
• Lead national and city-level brand activations that boost reach and credibility

📣 Creators & Influencers (secondary focus)

• Recruit and manage a network of aligned creators across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Substack
• Define content guidelines, structure comp models, and oversee performance
• Ensure Sitch is showing up in the feeds and circles that matter

🌱 Ambassador Program (secondary focus)

• Build and scale our city-based ambassador program — starting with NYC, SF, LA, and Chicago and define the role (events, socials, referrals), structure incentives, and measure success
• Identify tastemakers and community builders who can organically grow our presence
• Launch playbooks and toolkits to keep quality and energy high across cities

You’re a Fit If

• You bring out-of-the-box ideas and you're not afraid of pushing the envelope; you're excited by owning a vision and executing end-to-end
• You’ve run creator, ambassador, or community programs before — or know exactly how you’d do it better
• You’re culturally fluent: you follow the right people, brands, and vibes across platforms
• You’re organized and proactive, with great taste and strong instincts
• You care about relationships — both the ones we help people build, and the ones you’ll be managing every day
