📋 Description

• Act as primary Information Security representative to business, tech, and leadership.
• Align cybersecurity strategy with company objectives and product development.
• Lead and mentor the Cybersecurity Business Partner team.
• Own the Business Security Risk Landscape; conduct risk reviews.
• Oversee policies and audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in incident response and coordinate cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years managing security controls across data, endpoints, cloud, infra, networks, and apps.
• Deep knowledge of security technologies, cryptography, secure development, and application security.
• Familiarity with security audits, regulatory compliance, and security risks.
• Proven project management experience with security initiatives.
• Desirable certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, and PCI.
