M1 - DevSecOps Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing DevSecOps team with a people-first culture.
• Design and execute a comprehensive DevSecOps roadmap.
• Integrate security guardrails into automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement SAST, DAST, SCA, and Container Security tooling.
• Manage security incidents and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
• Embed security across the SDLC with Architecture and Product.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in DevSecOps and cybersecurity, fintech preferred.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Cloud security in AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes/Docker.
• Automation: Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, IaC.
• Scripting in Python and Bash; automate everything.
• Familiar with NIST/OWASP/PCI-DSS in agile environments.
• Bachelor's in CS/IT; CISSP/CISM/CSSLP a plus.
