Collaborate with design/manufacturing/certification to meet material specs
Support process development and material qualification; write test plans and databases
Conduct mechanical testing on CFRP, adhesives, metals, joints
Operate lab equipment (wet saws, grinders, microscopes, test frames)
Prepare bonding and composite panels for small-scale testing
Record results and write reports; document best practices

🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled in 2nd–4th year of college
Familiarity with composite manufacturing, adhesive bonding, epoxy resins
Familiarity with mechanical/analytical testing equipment and methods
Interest in FAA qualification requirements under 14 CFR Part 23.2260
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
