M&E Associate (Rapid Experimentation)

📋 Description

• Execute and manage a portfolio of rapid A/B tests across GD projects.
• Ensure experiments are implemented correctly, measured reliably, and analyzed credibly.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and learning products for audiences.
• Collaborate with Programs, Product, Research, and partners to align design with delivery.
• Manage 2–3 live A/B tests simultaneously to enable rapid iteration.
• Based in Rwanda; travel within East Africa up to 25% for field operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of data work in applied settings (experimentation/evaluation).
• Strong understanding of experimental design and causal inference.
• Experience with R, Python, or Stata to clean and analyze data.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
