• Serve as senior strategic counselor to a global pharma client across brand, reputation, health equity.
• Co-lead a complex, high-profile account under EVP guidance, ensuring cohesion.
• Lead development and execution of large-scale corporate brand and reputation campaigns.
• Provide senior counsel on corporate positioning, brand meaning, and risk.
• Guide clients through opportunities and challenges, balancing ambition with regulatory realities.
• Ensure health equity and social impact initiatives are integrated into the brand narrative.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of agency experience in corporate brand for pharma/biotech.
• Leadership in global health equity, access, or social impact.
• Proven success leading large-scale global campaigns spanning brand, reputation and purpose.
• Strong understanding of healthcare/pharma regulatory environment.
• Experience managing significant business (~$3M+) with financial/operational acumen.
• Exceptional strategic instincts and ability to connect brand ambition with execution.
