🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA/consulting a plus.
• 1–3 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or M&A integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficient in English; French is a plus.
