🎯 Requirements

- Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
- Experience building DCF, multiples, precedent transactions
- Understanding cross-border tax, payments infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks
- Legal and tax background preferred; CPA qualification is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
