π― Requirements
- 10+ years in M&A, deal integration, and finance transformation in IB/PE or tech.
- Proven track record leading multiple concurrent M&A negotiations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of deal accounting, controls, and reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA/MBA a plus.
