M&A Associate

📋 Description

• Manage cross-functional teams on project development (real estate, permitting, interconnection).
• Maintain checklists, critical path schedules, and PM tools to close transactions quickly.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating project contracts (site lease, PPA, easements).
• Track deliverables and forecast milestone dates across departments.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients (project buyers).
• Manage permitting, interconnection, and related contracts for projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years' renewable energy experience in project development and financing.
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
