🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of HR/ER investigations or performance management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Ability to conduct detailed fact finding with confidentiality.
- Track, prioritize, and drive multiple investigations and accommodations.
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA, Title VII; cross-border laws (Canada/Mexico).
- Proficiency with Google Suite and HR Acuity; data processing.
