📋 Description

  • Independently conduct complex workplace investigations across borders and jurisdictions.
  • Lead witness interviews and determine findings and recommendations.
  • Draft investigation reports and related HR documents.
  • Partner with Leadership, Legal, People on investigations and performance plans.
  • Interpret policies; apply FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA, Title VII.
  • Support managers in performance management and corrective action.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR/ER investigations or performance management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Ability to conduct detailed fact finding with confidentiality.
  • Track, prioritize, and drive multiple investigations and accommodations.
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA, Title VII; cross-border laws (Canada/Mexico).
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and HR Acuity; data processing.
