📋 Description

• Drive ML roadmap; develop algorithms/models powering systems.
• Collaborate with Engineers/PMs to frame problems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to understand problems.
• Build and evaluate statistical, ML, or optimization models.
• Write production modeling code; deploy with engineers.
• Design and run simulated and live traffic experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in ML, Stats, CS, Math, or quantitative field.
• 4+ years of professional tech experience.
• Proven experience building and evaluating ML models.
• Proficiency with Python in production coding environment.
• End-to-end data skills: querying, aggregation, analysis, visualization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
