Assist customers with Express Drive rental, check-in, driver assignments, returns
Prepare rental vehicles: fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates, inspections
Manage vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily operations
Flag vehicle issues and program challenges to the Operations Lead
Build trust and work with others to hit team goals
Uphold high service standards and be Lyft ambassador to drivers

🎯 Requirements

1+ year in in-person customer service (retail, tech support, or hospitality)
Familiarity with the Philadelphia area
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Patience, problem solving, de-escalation, teamwork
Team player mindset; focus on the team
