As a Compliance Data Analyst, you will develop a deep understanding of the processes Lyft has in place necessary to meet its regulatory obligations around the world. You will be a key member of the Compliance team responsible for hunting out any gaps in our processes and helping the team find solutions to plug those gaps. You will work hand in hand with partners across the company teams to perform audits, document processes, develop and submit recurring regulatory reports, and be responsive to data requests from regulators. In this role, you will report into the Senior Manager, Compliance Analytics.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD 83,800 - CAD $104,750. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
