Luminovo's business is growing and maturing, and so is our Legal Team!
As Paralegal, whenever your colleagues in customer-facing role require legal guidance, you are their first point of contact. You support or take over any legal matters related to process changes, customer contracts, or new business initiatives.
Your responsibilities also reach into the areas of data security and compliance, which have high relevance for the development of our product and business.
This is your opportunity to join our team of 80 (and counting) talented and kind individuals. You will learn about and benefit from many best practices our teams have already established. But there’s still plenty of room to grow, and your contribution can have an immense impact on Luminovo's trajectory. 🚀
Benedikt – our VP Operations, who leads our Finance and Legal teams directly, while also overseeing our People team
Naima – our Legal Counsel and Business Operations Associate, who is in charge of all legal matters and Benedikt's "right hand"

You balance the need to mitigate business risks with the ability to quickly support new and existing customer relationships at any contractual level, allowing Luminovo to grow rapidly without ever facing a disastrous legal liability.
You conduct research and draft recommendations on labor law matters, enabling our People team to hire new Luminerds and develop existing employees effectively and efficiently.

You satisfy (legal) requests of any external stakeholders (federal or municipal authorities, landlords, trademark authorities, shareholders etc.), ensuring that Luminovo can operate free of disturbances.
You represent Luminovo in front of customers, business partners, etc. and facilitate contract negotiations, helping us to reach our desired outcomes and maintain robust relationships.
