📋 Description

• Provide pediatric home health care to infants and children.
• Deliver one-to-one care in clients' homes during evening shifts.
• Perform nursing tasks per physician orders with charting.
• Collaborate with families and care teams for safe, compassionate care.
• Travel to client homes as scheduled.
• Use electronic charting system Statewise.

🎯 Requirements

• LPN license in good standing in PA.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Pediatric/infant care experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic charting (Statewise).
• Ability to travel to client homes and work evenings.
