Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs
Support safe transitions from hospital/rehab teams to ongoing home care
Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care
Train and mentor the ongoing BAYADA care team to maintain the highest standards of quality

🎯 Requirements

Have a current license as an LPN
Home care trach/vent, NICU, PICU, or ICU experience required
Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
Hold CPR certification
Ability to work in a teaching setting to educate the BAYADA care team
Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
