LPN - Home Care

📋 Description

• Travel to clients’ homes for private duty nursing.
• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care per physician orders.
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise).
• Care for infant to geriatric clients in home settings.
• Work with BAYADA’s North Jersey West Skilled Nursing team.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Ability to travel to client homes.
• Proficiency with electronic charting (Statewise).
