📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 home care for pediatric and adult clients.
• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders and document care changes.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Autonomy to perform skills in the home.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
• One year of experience as an LPN.
• Trach care experience preferred, but not required.
