LPN - 1:1 Infant Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care for a medically fragile infant
• Private duty nursing in the home for a trach-vent patient
• Trach and ventilator management in the home setting
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Build relationships with the child and family
• Follow physician-directed care plans

🎯 Requirements

• LPN with active New Jersey license
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Pediatric, trach, and ventilator experience preferred
• One-on-one private duty nursing in the home
• Strong clinical skills; family-centered care
• Ability to work in home health/private duty setting
