LPN - 1:1

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to adults and children in clients' homes.
• Travel to client homes for private duty nursing.
• Follow physician orders and monitor client conditions.
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise).
• Care for infant to geriatric clients.
• Weekend day shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active NJ LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to provide care to both adult and pediatric clients.
