📋 Description

• Travel to client homes in North Jersey to provide 1:1 care.
• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders.
• Document care using Statewise electronic charting.
• Weekend day shifts available; flexible schedules.
• Care for infant to geriatric clients in home settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Proficiency with electronic charting (Statewise).
• Willingness to travel to client homes in North Jersey.
