Lead and coordinate GVC division projects (video collaboration, life safety, large venues)
Ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery with quality
Serve as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources using ERP and ConnectWise
Schedule internal staff/subcontractors and manage workflows and WIP
Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closeout; ensure profitability

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in technology project management (AV, security)
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Lead complex projects across teams/geographies
Experience with ERP and tools like ConnectWise and MS products
Budgeting, cost control, profitability, and resource allocation
Strong communication and leadership; able to work under pressure
