Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients and teams.
Create and manage project plans, schedules, and resources using ERP and ConnectWise.
Schedule internal staff and subcontractors and manage workflows.
Track project budgets, milestones, and deliverables for profitability.
Oversee all phases from initiation to closeout, ensuring scope, time, and cost.
Maintain WIP review cadence with team leads for forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
5+ years in technology project management (AV, security, etc.).
Proficient with budgeting, cost control, and profitability metrics.
Experience with Teams, Zoom, Webex and enterprise collaboration.
Strong written and verbal communications; ability to multitask under deadlines.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
