About the team:

The role sits within Group Finance, which oversees finance operations and reporting to ensure accurate, contract-compliant transactions. It also collaborates closely with Commercial Finance on treasury and forecasting, playing a key role in identifying future risks and opportunities.

The impact you’ll have:

Reporting to the VP - Group Finance, the Head of Procurement will lead the transformation of procurement at loveholidays—setting strategy, creating robust frameworks, and scaling capability across the function. You’ll drive commercial value through data-led decision making, foster supplier innovation, and enable scalable, resilient processes that support our ambitious growth journey across Europe.

Your day-to-day:

  • Develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned to loveholidays’ growth and supply ambitions

  • Ensure guardrails are in place, and ideally lead supplier negotiations to maximise value while ensuring service excellence

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Tech, Product, Commercial) to align procurement with business needs

  • Establish scalable procurement processes and governance frameworks

  • Utilise data and analytics to track performance and inform strategic decisions

  • Proactively manage risk and ensure compliance across the supply chain

Your skillset:

  • Proven experience leading procurement strategy in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment

  • Deep commercial acumen and excellent negotiation and contract management skills

  • Strong track record building supplier partnerships and driving performance improvement

  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to influence decision making

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and operate effectively at all levels, including C-suite

  • Familiarity with procurement technology systems and process automation best practices

Desirable:

  • Experience in e-commerce or travel industry sectors

  • Professional qualification such as CIPS or relevant degree

  • Comfortable with Lean, Six Sigma, RPA and AI-led process transformation

  1. TA screening with someone from our Talent team - 30 mins

  2. 1st stage interview with Hiring Manager & Head of Financial Operations - 45 mins

  3. 2nd stage interview with key stakeholder/s including a task to present, in office - 1 hour

  4. Final stage with CFO and other stakeholder/s - 45 mins
