TL;DR – We’re looking for a curious, fast-moving UX Researcher to help shape the future of Lovable. You’ll uncover how users think, feel, and act, turning insights into product direction. You’ll design studies, test concepts, and experiment with new AI-assisted ways of learning from users, helping us move fast without compromising on craft.

Why Lovable?

Lovable lets anyone build software with plain English. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products — fast. We are at the forefront of a fundamental shift in how software is created: from code-first to intelligence-first.

Over 2 million people in 200+ countries already use Lovable to launch businesses, automate workflows, and bring their ideas to life. And we’re just getting started.

We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We operate with high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We care deeply, move fast, and are here to build something that outlives us.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a researcher who balances curiosity and rigor — someone who loves asking why, tests how, and measures what’s working. You’re as comfortable in a user interview as you are interpreting event data or survey results, and you know how to connect human stories with product metrics.

  • 3–6 years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, concept testing).

  • Experience with survey design, data analysis, and working with behavioral data (e.g., from analytics tools) is a plus

  • Strong synthesis skills, distilling findings into insights that influence design and product decisions.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to bring research to life for cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities.

  • Experience working closely with designers, PMs, and data scientists.

What you’ll do

In one sentence:
Turn user insights into product direction that shapes how the world builds software.

  • Partner with product, design, growth and data teams to define learning goals for upcoming features and experiments.

  • Explore new AI-driven approaches for recruiting, analysis, and synthesis — expanding how we learn from users.

  • Conduct user sessions directly with Lovable users, gathering firsthand insights into behaviors, motivations, and unmet needs.

  • Collaborate with data scientists to interpret behavioral data and validate qualitative findings.

  • Contribute to building research frameworks, templates, and best practices for scalable discovery at Lovable.

  • Fill out a short form and hop on a quick intro call with our recruiting team

  • Meet designers and PMs to discuss your approach to research

  • Walk through past work and real examples of your process

  • Final conversations with product leadership
