What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Technical Recruiter or of a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Proficiency in using ATS (Ashby) and recruitment tools to manage the hiring process.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • You’re motivated to seek out the best talent and are dedicated to finding candidates who align with our company values and culture.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top technical talent.

  • Source candidates through various channels, social media, networking events, and referrals.

  • Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future technical roles.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve our hiring strategies.

  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Lovable as an employer.
