📋 Description

  • Act as the primary HR BP for global GTM teams, on-site in Boston.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10+ years as HRBP or senior IC, ideally supporting GTM.
  • Proven success in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales orgs, commissions and incentives.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations calmly.
  • Knowledge of global employment models, including EORs and EU law.
  • High tolerance for change; creates structure without over-engineering.
