Fullstack Engineer (Team Scale: Ecosystem)

Tl;dr: We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who loves building ecosystems and marketplaces. One month you’ll ship features that help creators share templates, components, and services. The next, you’ll launch discovery, reputation, and education initiatives that help builders learn faster and find opportunities. You think in code, but your instinct is always: will this make the ecosystem stronger and our builders more successful?

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years building and growing user-facing products, ideally including marketplaces, platforms, or communities.

• Strong product sense and UX taste for multi-sided ecosystems with creators, learners, and customers.

• Comfortable using data, funnels, and experiments to shape what you build and how you iterate.

• Experience collaborating across functions (design, marketing, partnerships, support) to launch and grow new surfaces.

• Motivated by helping others succeed and by seeing impact through engagement, usage, and revenue.

What you’ll do

In one sentence: You will build the marketplace and ecosystem surfaces that help Lovable builders share their work, learn faster, and find opportunities.

• Ship marketplace features for publishing, discovering, and reusing apps, templates, components, and services.

• Build connection surfaces such as profiles, reviews, and matching flows between builders and customers.

• Launch learning and community initiatives that help builders grow and succeed with Lovable.

• Shape monetization and revenue-share models that work for creators, customers, and Lovable.

• Keep the experience relentlessly Lovable while making growth the engine, not the afterthought.
