Fullstack Engineer (Team Scale: App Success)

Tl;dr: We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who loves building rails that help our users grow their own apps. One month you’ll ship tools that make it easy to add SEO, email journeys, and shareable previews. The next, you’ll deepen payments, subscriptions, and analytics so builders can turn usage into revenue. You think in code, but your instinct is always: will this help our users’ apps grow and succeed?

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience building and growing products with high-performing teams

• Strong SEO and web-performance instincts, with a track record of improving traffic or indexation.

• Comfortable with analytics, attribution, and A/B testing to understand and improve funnels.

• Enjoys designing reusable growth and monetization tools for builders, with a pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset.

• Motivated by technology that makes a difference and by seeing impact through measurable results

What you’ll do

In one sentence: You will build the distribution and monetization infrastructure that helps Lovable builders bring traffic to their apps and turn it into revenue.

• Build shared features that let users add SEO, sharing, and growth hooks to their apps.

• Create systems for email and lifecycle campaigns so users can launch targeted journeys with our AI agent.

• Develop monetization flows for user apps such as payments, subscriptions, and access control.

• Build analytics and attribution foundations so builders can understand and improve their funnels.

• Keep the product experience relentlessly Lovable while making growth the engine, not the afterthought.
