📋 Description

• Perform delinquent account collections via calls, emails, or texts.
• Handle inbound calls about collections and redemptions.
• Maintain clear, descriptive notes.
• Set up and process one-time payments.
• Prepare delinquent accounts for post-repossession steps.
• Review accounts for repossession or legal actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• 1+ year experience in collections in a call center.
• Auto collections experience preferred.
• Previous work in automotive collections preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organization.
• High integrity and ability to work independently.
