We’re looking for a Senior Amazon PPC Specialist who’s hungry to take ownership of a multi-million-euro ad spend, find growth opportunities, and set the stage for building a world-class in-house team.

A Career Move That Makes Sense

As Senior Amazon PPC Specialist, you’ll step into the driver’s seat of one of the biggest levers in our growth machine. Instead of relying on agencies, you’ll own our ad performance, from the funnels that bring customers in, to the strategies that turn browsers into buyers. You’ll learn how our agency runs campaigns, challenge their assumptions, and start building the roadmap to take control in-house. With millions in monthly spend and a footprint across regions, you’ll need confidence at scale and the creativity to turn ad budgets into real growth.

What that looks like in practice:

  • Manage large-scale Amazon PPC campaigns with multi-million-euro monthly budgets
  • Audit and challenge agency performance, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Build the roadmap to bring PPC operations in-house, step by step
  • Provide data-driven insights to push incremental revenue growth
  • Connect with the performance team to align advertising with our ecommerce strategy
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has run big budgets and isn’t afraid of them. Someone who understands the Amazon ad ecosystem, spots growth opportunities where others see limits and has the ambition to build not just campaigns, but eventually a team.

In practice

  • 4+ years of experience in marketplace advertising, specifically Amazon
  • Proven track record managing budgets of €500k+ monthly worldwide
  • Experience across multi-region ads and campaign types
  • Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with PPC at scale
  • Clear communicator, stress resistant, strong problem-solver
  • Team leadership experience (or ambition to grow into it)
