As Paid Social Manager,you’lltake the reins of Loop’s growth engine, running the end-to-end paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and new emerging channels.You’llshape how millions interact with the brand, driving revenue while building a team and culture of experimentation. This role puts you at the center of innovation, surrounded by product, creative, and data — all aligned to win.

Own the paid social strategy and scale Loop’s global growth

As Paid Social Manager,you’lltake full ownership of our paid social roadmap, turning insights into clear action across platforms.You’lllead a team that constantly testsnew ideas— from full-funnel tactics to creative concepts — while managing significant budgets across markets. Your day will move between datadeep-divesand campaign launches, pushing the boundaries of performance through strong collaboration with our Data, Studio, Product, and Customer teams. With every experiment,you’llhelp shape Loop’s next stage of scale.

  • Run creative testing cycles with speed and purpose, driving learnings that guide future production

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Insights to connect campaigns with real user behavior
  • Manage and mentor a growing performance team with a strong bias for action and learning
  • Oversee reporting, pacing, and forecasting in partnership with our data team

succeed as a Paid Social Manager

You bring a clear perspective backed bydata, butstay curious enough to testwhat’snext.You’recomfortable with ownership — notjust ofcampaigns,but ofoutcomes. Your sharp communication and cross-functional mindset help you bring others along, while your ability to prioritize ensures the biggest levers always get the most focus.

These key competences will set you up for success:

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-scaling DTC or e-commerce environment

  • Strong command of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, including creative optimization and audience testing
  • Experience running multi-million dollar budgets across geographies
  • Deep understanding of campaign analytics and experimentation (GA4, spreadsheets, attribution tools)
  • Experience leading and developing a performance team in a fast-moving environment
