5+ yrs experience in influencer marketing and APAC brand growth | Antwerp or Amsterdam Take full ownership of influencer marketing across APAC at Loop – and help fuel the next wave of global growth.Influencer Marketing isn’t a side hustle here at Loop — it’s one of the core engines behind how we scale. In this role, you’ll own our influencer strategy across APAC, turning creators into a true growth channel while helping shape global playbooks for Europe, the US, and Australia. You’ll work end-to-end: from market and creator selection to briefing, launch, measurement, and iteration. If you know how to turn content into both engagement and conversion — and you love the complexity of diverse markets — this is where you’ll do big, visible work.
Influencer Marketing Manager, APAC – Turn creator partnerships into a growth engine for Loop.You’ll define how Loop shows up through creators in APAC and how we scale what works globally. That means building localized strategies for key markets, partnering with agencies and creators, and orchestrating campaigns that look great and perform. You’ll be a key partner to our Influencer, Expansion, Performance, and Brand teams — translating market insights into sharp go-to-market plans and repeatable frameworks. With APAC as your anchor, you’ll also plug into global launches, sharing learnings and amplifying success across regions.
Your other responsibilities:- Create localized influencer campaign strategies and briefings tailored to APAC markets
- Source, brief, and manage local influencer agencies and key creator partners across APAC
- Launch measurable influencer campaigns that drive both engagement and conversion
- Secure and manage usage rights for top-performing content so it can scale through paid social
- Analyse campaign performance, build clear reports, and share insights with GTM specialists and the wider business
- Share learnings and collaborate with the rest of the Global Influencer Marketing team to build playbooks
- Build ongoing, meaningful relationships with key influencers around the world
You’re an entrepreneurial self-starter who loves owning a market end-to-end. You’re comfortable navigating the complexity of APAC — different cultures, platforms, and consumer behaviours — while staying deeply connected to a global team. You think strategically about brand and performance, but you’re also hands-on: close to creators, agencies, data, and content. You’re curious, resilient, and see every campaign as a chance to learn faster and scale smarter.
These key competences will set you up for success:- 5+ years’ experience in Influencer Marketing, ideally with APAC market ownership
- Proven track record of launching influencer campaigns with both engagement and conversion targets
- Experience working with a premium e-commerce (consumer goods) brand
- Entrepreneurial, independent mindset and way of working
- Growth mindset – you enjoy dealing with challenges and ambiguity
- Highly strategic and creative, able to develop innovative influencer campaign strategies
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing in APAC and its local platforms, cultures, and norms
- Strong understanding of the latest trends in performance and influencer marketing
- Eagerness to deep dive into data and insights and turn them into impactful strategies
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a strong plus
