At Loop, B2B isn’t just about revenue. It’s about repeatability. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our B2B workflows and turn them into a high-performing machine. From prospecting to purchase orders, you’ll make sure every step is frictionless, and every client experience adds value. You’ll work with a team of specialists, but the inside sales engine? That’s yours. It’s a unique chance to blend execution with ownership—and make a direct impact on both topline revenue and long-term efficiency.

Drive growth while building process and scale

You’ll be the go-to person for handling inbound leads, nurturing existing accounts, and turning one-off orders into repeat revenue. But just as important, you’ll zoom out: spotting inefficiencies, tightening workflows, and bringing structure where needed. You'll test outbound tactics, clean up CRM data, and make sure we’re not just busy—but effective. From sales emails to PO tracking, you’ll streamline how things work and make sure they work well. Your input won’t just be heard—it will shape how we do B2B at Loop.

Your other responsibilities:

  • Drive recurring revenue from current accounts through smart follow-ups
  • Own new lead generation, prospecting strategy, and qualification
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager on high-impact opportunities
  • Build reporting dashboards and sales documentation to scale operations
  • Introduce new tools to speed up sales cycles and cut manual tasks
How you’ll succeed as a B2B Manager

You work with intent. You don’t just close deals—you improve how they get closed. You’re curious, self-directed, and motivated by outcomes. When something’s broken, you fix it. You’re comfortable running experiments, asking hard questions, and getting your hands dirty. You know how to balance speed with structure, and you’re not afraid to take initiative where others hesitate.

These key competences will set you up for success:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or revenue operations
  • Deep understanding of pipeline development and account growth
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, outbound tools, and sales analytics
  • Experience writing playbooks, templates, or client-facing flows
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a strong plus
