JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a Data Services Coordinator to support our MLS Data Services team. In this role, you’ll manage incoming Salesforce cases, translate them into Jira tickets, and ensure they’re tracked through resolution. You’ll be the key point of contact for keeping stakeholders informed and workflows running smoothly.
