- Act as day-to-day ops manager for 3PL and last-mile activities.
- Own inbound/outbound flows and maintain stock discipline.
- Enforce partner SLAs and monitor 3PL/carrier performance daily.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Planning and CX teams.
- Resolve bottlenecks, delays and escalations with proactive plans.
- Own dispatch and delivery metrics; report to Cluster Logistics Manager.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain, or retail logistics.
- A proven track record owning daily operational metrics and holding external vendors to strict timelines and SLAs.
- Prior exposure to fast-moving, pick-to-order fulfillment or ecommerce warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical capability with extreme attention to detail; comfortable auditing high volumes of stock and invoice data.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align external partners and internal teams (Commercial, Planning, Finance, CX).
- Critical thinking, solutions-oriented and proactive.
