Coordinate weekly freight forwarder calls to monitor inbound ocean and air freight
Carrier invoice review and approval; inbound report updated daily from forwarder data
Experience with carrier routing guides and working with carriers and suppliers to maintain compliance
International air cargo experience, quoting, shipping, monitoring
Proactively communicate shipment status to internal customers
Maintain KPI reports for Freight-In and Freight-Out

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree: Comercio Exterior y Aduanas, LAE, or similar
English level: 90%
SAP (desired); MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint); parcel, LTL/FTL, ocean and air cargo experience
