- Direct day-to-day operational manager for all 3PL and last-mile activities in your market(s).
- Own inbound/outbound flows; ensure seamless execution and stock discipline.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs; monitor capacity and SLA adherence.
- Resolve bottlenecks and delays; escalate to Cluster Logistics Manager as needed.
- Manage dispatch and delivery metrics; provide updates to CX and commercial teams.
- Own data integrity and daily operational performance across markets.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience in ecommerce ops or logistics with 3PLs and last-mile networks.
- Proven track record owning daily metrics and enforcing strict SLAs with external vendors.
- Experience in fast-moving, pick-to-order fulfillment or ecommerce warehouse ops.
- Strong analytical skills; attention to detail; audit stock and invoices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; coordinate with partners and internal teams (Slack, email, phone).
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
